Thinking Out Loud: Strengths and Weaknesses
Hey everyone! Today, I wanted to talk about strengths and weaknesses!
Oftentimes, we get stuck focusing on our weaknesses. What do I struggle with and how can I become better at it?
But, one of the best ways to improve is to also focus on strengths. Specifically, strengths that you may not know you have. To realize these strengths, talk with a group of people who knows you well, such as your work team, mastermind group, friends, or family. Simply ask them, “What is a strength that you see in me that you think I don’t recognize?”
