14 October, 2022: We were excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony for our brand new 68,000 square foot production facility in Indianapolis on Monday October 10. This new building includes equipment and machinery that increases our capabilities and allows us to produce their immersive attractions faster for our clients. The event was held on-site and kicked off with emotional speeches by owners, Armando Lanuti and Kimberly Schilling. 

The new facility represents a whole new level of growth and opportunity for us, as leading innovators in amusement attractions, and our location-based entertainment clients worldwide. Beyond a considerable increase in size from our previous home, the move comes with a bevy of upgrades to our processes as well as cutting-edge new technologies.

Our team believes in empowering our clients to dream big and make their wildest visions a reality; to create powerful experiences that wow and inspire their guests. These upgrades will allow them to dream bigger, reach further, and bring smiles to faces in their communities with the highest-quality and most immersive attractions in the game.

The new Theme Factory will allow us to give back to the greater Indianapolis area as well, bringing with it dozens of new jobs in the next 1-3 years. We were recently named one of the Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and we are actively hiring skilled individuals in a wide variety of fields to keep up with growing demand in the entertainment industry.
